Community

We at El Dorado Energy recognize that we can and should make a difference in the local community. To do this, we have dedicated our energy to participate and serve in a variety of ways. Here are just some of the programs and events into which we have put our resources in and around Clark County:

• Boulder City High School math and science lab
  A partnership with the high school to underwrite new educational software and equipment for use both in-school and adult education, after-school programs.
• Boulder City Folk Festival
  A two-day cultural event that provides art workshops, music, dance performances and story-telling hours free to the public.
• Boulder City Chamber of Commerce
  Membership and sponsorship of chamber events including the Spring Jamboree, annual dinner and holiday parade.

As a subsidiary of Sempra Generation, our parent company, Sempra Energy, administers our Community Partnership Program. If you have a program you would like considered for support, please review our guidelines and then apply for funding.
