El Dorado Energy

El Dorado Energy is a 480 megawatt (MW) power plant, as well as a 10 MW thin-film solar power project. El Dorado Energy sells electricity into the wholesale power markets of Nevada, California and the southwestern United States.

The combination of a combined cycle, natural gas plant and the thin-film solar project makes El Dorado one of the cleanest power generation sites in the country.
